Can you tell me the way to…………..?	ช่วยบอกทางไป......................ให้ฉันหน่อย
First left.	เลี้ยวซ้ายแรก
Second right.	เลี้ยวที่สองทางขวามือ
Straight on.	ตรงไป
Follow the main road.	ตามถนนใหญ่ไป
Turn right at the traffic lights.	เลี้ยวขวาตรงป้อมไฟจราจร
Turn left at the next crossroads.	เลี้ยวซ้ายที่สี่แยกหน้า
Follow the signposts.	ไปตามป้ายบอก
It's signposted all the way.	มีป้ายบอกตลอดทาง
It's clearly marked.	มีป้ายบอกไว้ชัด
What's the road like to………?	ถนนไป..............เป็นอย่างไรบ้าง?
Is it concrete all the way?	เป็นคอนกรีตตลอดทางหรือเปล่า?
Is it a hard surface?	เป็นถนนแข็งไหม? (หมายความว่าไม่เป็นโคลนเวลาฝนตก)
Is it an asphalt road?	เป็นถนนลาดยางใช่ไหม?
It's a dirt track.	เป็นถนนลูกรัง
It's a soft surface.	ไม่ใช่ถนนแข็ง (หมายความว่าเวลาฝนตกจะแฉะ)
Are there many potholes?	มีหลุมมีบ่อแยะไหม?
Is the road very narrow?	ถนนแคบมากไหม?
How wide is the road?	ถนนกว้างสักแค่ไหน?
Does it climb steeply?	ถนนชันมากไหม?
Does it bend sharply?	มีโค้งอันตรายไหม?
Is the surface slippery?	พื้นถนนลื่นไหม?
Why are hairpin bends so frequent on Swiss roads?	ทำไมถนนที่ประเทศสวิส ถึงได้มีโค้งอันตรายถี่นัก?
Which is the quickest way to…….?	ไป..............ทางไหนใกล้ที่สุด?
How far is it from here to……….?	จากนี่ไป..............ไกลแค่ไหน?
How many miles is it to the nearest garage?	ไปอีกสักกี่ไมล์จึงจะถึงปั๊มน้ำมัน?
Are we going in the right direction?	เรากำลังมุ่งหน้าไปถูกทิศทางหรือเปล่า?
We must be on the wrong road.	เราคงจะมาถนนผิดแน่เลย
This street is a dead end.	ถนนนี้ตัน
Isn't this a one-way street?	ถนนนี้รถวิ่งได้ทางเดียวไม่ใช่หรือ?
We'd better stop and ask the way.	หยุดถามทางก่อนดีกว่า
Can you show me the road on the map?	ช่วยชี้ถนนให้ฉันดูจากแผนที่หน่อย
Which is the better road?	ถนนไหนจะดีกว่ากัน?
Keep going straight.	ตรงไปเรื่อย ๆ
You'll pass several roundabouts.	คุณจะผ่านวงเวียนหลายแห่ง
Don't turn off anywhere.	อย่าไปเลี้ยวที่ไหนทั้งนั้น
Who has the right of way?	ทางไหนทางเอก?
Keep to the left.	ชิดซ้ายไว้
Stay in the centre lane.	อยู่ในเลนกลางนี่แหละ (อย่าเปลี่ยนเลน)
Keep in the right lane.	ไปตามเลน (แถวรถวิ่ง) ขวา
In Thailand and England you drive on the left.	ในประเทศไทย และประเทศอังกฤษเขาขับรถชิดซ้ายกัน
In the USA and the rest of Europe you drive on the right.	ในอเมริกาและประเทศอื่น ๆ ในยุโรปเขาขับรถชิดขวากัน
There are 8 kilometres to every 5 miles.	8 กิโลเมตรเท่ากับ 5 ไมล์
Shall we give him a lift?	เราให้เขาติดรถไปกับเราดีไหม?
I like driving fast.	ฉันชอบขับรถเร็ว ๆ

He drives like a maniac.	เขาขับยังกับพายุบุแคม
Can you drive more slowly.	ขับให้ช้าลงหน่อยได้ไหม?

I have to pick somebody up.	ฉันจะต้องรับเพื่อนไปด้วย
Follow that car!	ตามรถคันนั้นไป
Let me off at the next corner.	ปล่อยฉันลงที่หัวถนนหน้านี้

Don't overtake that bus.	อย่าแซงรถเมล์คันนั้นนะ
Watch out for that cyclist.	ระวังคนขี่จักรยานนั่นนะ
He's got no lights.	รถเขาไม่ได้เปิดไฟหน้า
Where can we park?	จะจอดได้ตรงไหน
Put it into reverse.	เข้าเกียร์ถอยหลัง
Chang gears.	เปลี่ยนเกียร์
You can push you seat back.	คุณเลื่อนที่นั่งออกไปอีกก็ได้นะ
Better leave your parking lights on.	คุณเปิดไฟท้าย(ไฟแสดงว่ารถจอด)ทิ้งไว้ดีกว่า
Better lock the car.	ล็อครถเสียดีกว่า
Is the trunk locked? (American)	ล็อคท้ายรถแล้วหรือ? (สำนวนอเมริกัน)
Have you locked the boot? (British)	ล็อคท้ายรถแล้วหรือ? (สำนวนอังกฤษ)
The traffic is terrible.	รถติดมาก
We're in the middle of the rush hour.	เรามาตรงกับเวลารถติดพอดี
There's an accident ahead.	มีอุบัติเหตุข้างหน้า
We were caught in a traffic jam.	เราไปโดนเวลารถติดพอดี
What a bottleneck!	รถแออัดอะไรอย่างนี้ (เหมือนติดอยู่ในขวด)

No left turn.	ห้ามเลี้ยวซ้าย
No U turn.	ห้ามตีวงกลับ
No through road.	ทางตัน
No waiting.	ห้ามจอดรถ
No stopping for 3 miles.	ห้ามหยุดรถในระยะ 3 ไมล์
Slow major road ahead.	โปรดชลอความเร็ว ถนนใหญ่ข้างหน้า
Halt at major road ahead.	หยุดที่ถนนใหญ่ข้างหน้า
End of Motorway.	สุดทางมอเตอร์เวย์
Speed limit of 50 K.p.h.	ห้ามขับเร็วกว่า 50 กิโลต่อ ช.ม.
No overtaking.	ห้ามแซง
Road narrows.	ถนนแคบ
Narrow bridge.	สะพานแคบ
Road works ahead.	งานซ่อมถนนข้างหน้า
Diversion.	ทางแยก
Level Crossing.	ทางข้ามถนน
Children Crossing.	ระวังเด็กข้ามถนน
School.	โรงเรียน
Hospital.	โรงพยาบาล
To Car Park.	ทางไปที่จอดรถ
Is there a petrol station nearby? (British)	มีปั๊มน้ำมันใกล้แถวนี้ไหม? (สำนวนอังกฤษ)
Where's the nearest gas station? (American)	ปั๊มน้ำมันใกล้ที่สุดอยู่ตรงไหน? (สำนวนอเมริกัน)
How many gallons do you want?	จะเติมกี่แกลลอน?
Fifteen litres super, please.	ช่วยเติมซุปเปอร์ให้ 15 ลิตร
Five gallons regular, please.	ช่วยเติมอย่างธรรมดาให้ 5 แกลลอน
Fill her up, please.	ช่วยเติมให้เต็มด้วย
Full, please.	เติมให้เต็มด้วย
One gallon is equivalent to 4.5 litres.	หนึ่งแกลลอนเท่ากับสี่ลิตรครึ่ง
Can you move your car a bit nearer?	คุณช่วยเลื่อนรถเข้ามาอีกนิดได้ไหม?
Can you move your car a bit further back?	ช่วยถอยรถออกไปอีกหน่อยได้ไหม?
Shall I check the oil?	จะให้ตรวจน้ำมันเครื่องไหม?
Would you check the radiator and batteries too, please?	ช่วยตรวจหม้อน้ำกับแบตเตอรี่ให้ด้วยนะ
There's not much oil left.	น้ำมันเครื่องเหลือไม่เท่าไรแล้ว
Top the oil up, please.	ช่วยเติมน้ำมันเครื่องให้เต็มด้วย
Is there enough brake fluid?	มีน้ำมันเบรคพอไหม?
The left front tyre looks a bit flat.	ยางซ้ายหน้ารู้สึกจะแบนนิดๆ
Would you check the tyre pressures, please?	ช่วยตรวจลมยางให้ด้วยนะ
Have you got a flat tyre?	ยางแบนหรือ?
This tyre is losing air.	ยางรั่ว
You've got a puncture.	ยางแตก
We'll patch it up for you.	เราจะปะยางให้คุณเอง
It's tubeless.	ยางนี่ตัน
Will you pump the tyres up, please.	สูบลมให้ด้วย
Can you clean the windscreen a bit?	ช่วยเช็ดกระจกหน้าให้หน่อยนะ
